VectorBayX Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. We exist for one reason: the region’s demand for frontier model capacity and deployment expertise is growing faster than the structures that supply it.
Hong Kong gives us something no other city can: authorised distribution arrangements with Chinese frontier-model providers, combined with a legal, financial, and commercial environment that international enterprises already understand. Our authorised scope covers Asia-Pacific markets outside mainland China.
We deliberately do not pursue a global footprint. Every commercial relationship, every engineer, and every escalation channel we maintain is concentrated on one region — because in a market defined by scarcity, density of access is the advantage.
Our technical team is based in mainland China and works directly with the engineering organisations of frontier model developers — on deployment, scheduling, quantisation, and production issues that documentation does not cover.
Members of the team have contributed to peer-reviewed work presented at leading international venues in machine learning systems and generative modelling, and remain active in the open-model engineering community.
Scarce resource channels — built over years of working relationships with model providers and infrastructure operators — are what allow us to structure committed capacity where the open market cannot.
